Note Acquisition Services (NAS) offering that utilizes 
specifically structured NOTES as a key to this wealth building program.
Zenith will identify, structure and facilitate vetted, safe and valued Real Estate Backed NOTES for acquisition above traditional current market rates (i.e. unpredictable Stock Market returns, Mutual Funds, Bank CDs and Government Bonds).

Leadership Bios

John S. Donnell, Managing Director

 
John is an established international financial expert with significant investment banking
leadership experience at senior management levels in Barclays Bank, Citigroup, HSBC Bank
(USA) and Lehman Brothers.  He has also held numerous senior management positions with small and midrange companies and technology-based start-up companies. John recently founded
Zenith Properties as a national real estate redevelopment company (as a Fortune Builders
Mastery member) based on his previous numerous experiences delivering excellent
financial results, risk management and  team building skills, systems design and development
as a proven international business leader for over 45 years.
 
As a senior executive in the international capital markets for 19 years, John spent the majority of
his career leading and driving business and revenue growth at large international
investment banks including Citigroup in New York for 12 years and Barclays Bank in London
for 5 years.
 
John’s banking experience includes C-level responsibility as the President and Chief Operating
Officer of Citigroup’s original investment banking subsidiary (CSMI), as a Managing Director
with Barclays UK investment bank (BZW), as a Managing Director with HSBC, as the Treasurer
of various subsidiaries of Citigroup and Barclays Bank, and as the head of several trading
and arbitrage groups.
 
John also has 20 plus years of experience in developing early stage companies in the telecommunications, e-commerce and multinational business development sectors and
as an international business consultant. Donnell Consulting Group provides US
companies with consulting services across a wide range of business sectors including
finance, telecommunications, business development and specialized business structures.
 
John began his career with Arthur Andersen in Manhattan following graduation from the
University of Connecticut with a BS in Accounting and subsequently achieved an MBA
in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
 
His international business experiences include having lived and worked in London for 10 years
and in Paris for 8 years and having traveled extensively for business both before and after
living abroad.
 
 

Joseph F. Jackson, Managing Director, Operations

 
Joe has the valued experience of 40 plus years committed to successfully understanding the needs
of entrepreneurs in start-ups and organizations large and small.  These lessons have included
helping to assess disruptive ideas and also applying the principles that support the building
of sustainable, successful, team driven enterprises. As a respected business strategist, business
founder and business development professional with in-depth domestic and selected international experience Joe has consulted across a broad range of industries.  Specializing in working with visionary entrepreneurs for many years, the lessons learned and shared have been invaluable personally and to those Joe has been fortunate to have worked with and learned from.   

Returning to Penn State University in State College PA in 87' Joe completed an honors BFA. 
Joe enjoyed a multi-year professional football career, after four years at Penn State University
71’-75’, being drafted in 75' by the Miami Dolphins and finishing his athletic career in 77' 78' season with the Philadelphia Eagles . In 1978 Joe was invited to work closely with and be mentored by the founder of US Electric Car, the first viable Electric Car Company in the USA.  During the late 70’s and 80’s Joe worked with and was mentored by technology innovators such as  Steve Cudlitz who along with Dr. Draper formed Draper Laboratories, MIT’s ground breaking research and development group.  OMB Inc. was founded in 1991 where Joe as partner and founder was responsible for successfully developing new services solutions into traditional business development practices.  The focus of this “change agent” consultancy was to provide a new framework for “as needed” services such as IT, marketing, sales, administrative, financial, customer/product development and support for a wide range of select SMBs. 

In 2002 the opportunity to directly work with special needs adults and young people in the UK and
Germany through a global initiative Camphill (see www.camphill.org) provided Joe with an
important path forward.  Joe worked as an Instructor in a variety of creative workshops and as a
full time care giver responsible for all aspects of the shared life of volunteers and
community members.  Working with special needs adults and young people in incredible
community settings to embrace a lifelong commitment  to education provided Joe profound lessons in learning, teaching, sharing, humility, commitment and community. This experience has been central to growing and sustaining his commitment to the sanctity of the individual. 

Returning to Chicago in 2007 Joe felt that it was critical to find a way to continue to be active and of service.  Initially invited to work with prior colleagues in a leading edge Cisco end to end Unified
Communications Company based in Chicago as a Sales and Business Development specialist. 

 

The desire to make a contribution to those in need was found in an opportune meeting with the
founder of WBS LLC in 2008.  An innovative mobile technology driven idea was developed that would be the basis of a new technology paradigm in urban underserved Public, Charter and Magnet schools and school districts nationwide. A safe, 24/7 monitored, affordable, flexible and managed technology driven WiFi solution called One Aircard One Dream Program (O2P) was developed.
 
This platform would provide a path to significantly advance the capacity of the individual in
their understanding and embrace of the skills required for a fast approaching future. A future where a core ability in technology skills will help to develop the social and work requirements facing our urban students, educators and our shared communities most at risk. As architect and team leader Joe successfully developed, designed, vetted and launched O2P as a national program.

Joe is currently COO of Zenith Properties, a Founding Partner in Zenith Financial Solutions and Founder CEO of Jackson Consulting Group (JCG) formally JCI. JCG is a small consultancy which continues to focus on working with special needs individuals providing Life Skills Tutoring (individuals and groups) and Conflict Resolution Facilitation services. We continue to work with visionary entrepreneurs who are committed to bringing disruptive ideas to market in a socially responsible way.
